Gordon Spence (Snr)
Our Managing Director and founder, Gordon (Snr) has over 45 years experience in the Accountancy profession during which time he has supported many clients spanning a wide range of sectors.
‘I am most passionate about helping small business owners understand their finances and fulfilling their obligations to HMRC. My aim is to keep things simple, delivering a consistent service at all times’.

Gordon Spence (Jnr)
Since 2001 Gordon has worked with various sized Accountancy firms, supporting SME clients. After his first spell in practice, he spent 10 years in industry holding senior finance positions in both the legal and recruitment sectors.

Tracy Hendren
Tracy specialises in client bookkeeping, payroll, CIS and VAT. Prior to joining the business Tracy spent 20 years working in industry where she developed the key skills required of operating in an effective Finance department.
‘I have a lot of reporting deadlines to contend with therefore good organisation and effective communication are key to all that I do!’

Mikey Couser
This is Mikey’s second role in practice and he is primarily responsible for the year end compliance work for a wide range of clients. As well as statutory accounts preparation, Mikey supports clients with quarterly reporting. He has a keen interest in technology and automation of processes.
‘My objective is to understand the detail behind a client’s performance, as being well informed makes for a more streamlined year end process’.
